All our travel guides and main content on the website are provided free of charge. We do not charge for reading articles or accessing the majority of information available on MyBinocle.

If you choose to purchase any paid services, digital products or special subscriptions that we may offer in the future this Refund Policy will apply to those transactions.

Refund Eligibility

Because our digital content is instantly accessible upon purchase we have a limited refund policy. Refunds are generally not provided for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed by the customer.

However we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you accidentally made a purchase and have not yet accessed the paid content please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will review your request on a case by case basis.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted by email. When contacting us please include your order number, date of purchase and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Non Refundable Items

Digital downloads, subscriptions and any personalized services are generally non refundable after delivery or access. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the content has been viewed or downloaded.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage our customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
